Culture digital is one of the projects of Folkartopedia, which aims to develop an online encyclopedic resource of folk, traditional and tribal art and culture. The project requires massive documentation of the tangible and intangible culture of India. These documentations will help Folkartopedia in maintaining all types of records of traditional knowledge of art and crafts, history, cultural beliefs, in the format of audio-visual contents and textual materials. Culture digital will also create a space for critical engagement on arts, culture and heritage among art communities and common masses.
