Dear Art Lovers, this year more than ever before, we need your help. Coronavirus pandemic has brought unique challenges for all of us. Independent art practitioners, researchers and organizations are the worst sufferer of pandemic. We appeal to you to contribute generously and make this effort, the Archives of Folk and Traditions art, a success.
The Symmetry is a quarterly public program series that invites artists, art writers, critics historians, experts, appreciators of a wide range of disciplines to talk and discuss folk and traditional art, tribal art and contemporary art culture on an equal platform.
The program introduces a public audience to engaging voices, creative concepts, and critical thinking surrounding traditional art and crafts to contemporary one.
The Folkartopedia will collaborate with art institutions, galleries, museums, colleges, school and art organizations across India to inspire a rich conversation between artists, speakers, and the audience. Audience participation and discussion, and opportunities to meet the presenters are important features of these programs.
The talk will be followed by an interactive Q&A session. Nothing is off-limits.
