Collaboration
Folkartopedia is open to collaborating with national and international art organizations, institutions, galleries, museums, and universities to document, preserve, and promote folk, traditional, and tribal art through art programs like art talks, symposiums, exhibitions, and other happenings. Folkartopedia is also partnering with artists, individuals, organizations, and institutions on workshops, exhibitions, and art talks to preserve and enhance its digital and physical archive of arts and born-digital art contents of folk arts and culture and making them accessible for art students, artists, historians, critics, curators, and other individuals involved in art research and studies.
Our Collaborations
Folkartopedia Foundation and College of Arts and Crafts, Patna, agree to develop the following collaborative activities in the academic area of mutual interest on the basis of equality and reciprocity. The two institutes shall seek to promote art research and culture by proposing, engaging, and conducting research, in the related subjects, and to exchange pieces of information or research, educational programs, and other subjects. Institute and Creative organizations interface is essential for any kind of development in the Profession. It becomes imperative that section-8 companies active in the field of art and culture like Folkartopedia Foundation and institute like Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (FOAP, AKTU) should come together to look for better amenities in terms of research, documentation, design and archive. This MoU between FOAP, AKTU, Lucknow, and Folkartopedia Foundation, Patna is being done with the overall vision of “Cultural preservation, Art and Crafts Research, documentation and institutional development support in the favour of students and faculties.”
