Dear Art Lovers, this year more than ever before, we need your help. Coronavirus pandemic has brought unique challenges for all of us. Independent art practitioners, researchers and organizations are the worst sufferer of pandemic. We appeal to you to contribute generously and make this effort, the Archives of Folk and Traditions art, a success.
Cancellation / Return / Refund
We do not accept the cancellation of membership or subscription or return of paintings, terracotta, ceramic and other articles due to their sensitive nature. However, in exceptional cases, we do accept the return and a complete refund. For other items, we accept returns and exchanges as per below-mentioned criteria.
Items should generally be returned unused and in their original condition including packaging and labelling. Please send us any item you’d like to return or exchange by post – ideally recorded delivery. We accept the return of the item within 14 days of purchase with a suitable explanation of the reason for return. The reason is reviewed by our internal team, after which an approval mail would be sent for initiating the return process. Kindly make sure the reason isn’t one of those mentioned in the Disclaimer page.
How to Return an Item?
1. Please email connect-archive@outlook.com for a review of the return request.
2. If the request is approved, post your returned item to Folkartopedia Foundation, In the house of Manik Chandra, Opposite Gate No. 74, Kumhar Lane, Kurjee, Patna – 800010 Bihar.
3. Items should generally be returned unused and in their original condition including packaging and labeling. Include in your package, your name, address and what you would like us to do.
Exchange
If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund, we will organize this with you.
Cancellation
Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order. Please note that you can only cancel an order if you have not received your dispatch confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order.
Refund
All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned items have been received. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the credit to appear on your account statement. Please note that return shipping cost will be deducted using the same payment method.
