The theme of Bodhgaya Biennale, 2nd edition was Migration. It scrutinizes the Migration while embracing the chronicles, the narrative and contemporary life stories, through art exhibits, art performances, art films, and discussions. In Biennale, Ex-Member, Bihar Legislative Council Shri Ram Bachan Roy delivered an elaborated lecture on the subject of Migration and Culture. After the lecture we recorded his brief audio-visual note (video statements) on the same subject.
